Guide to setting up an account

This page will help you to set up a purchasing account. If you want to start buying, please follow the directions below.

If you are not ready to sign up for bidding, you can browse the auctions without a purchasing account HERE.

Simple

Setting up the account is pretty easy, but is very important to get it right. There are two main steps outlined below. The two-step process is generally simple, but if you run into any troubles, we are available via email or phone.

We need you to read over our company terms of service. 


Then print it out and sign it. 
Send us a picture or scan of the signed final page. 

Be Alert- this is a VERY important document. Please do not skim over it. If you want to receive the best service, you need to fully understand how we do business. If you don't understand anything, please email before signing. If you want more information on anything, please email. Don't be afraid because our sales reps are all very helpful and will be happy to guide you though.

You need to send in a security deposit. 

 

The security deposit is refundable any time for any reason. 


We need 100,000 yen for bidding up to 1,000,000 yen

We need 300,000 yen for bidding 1,000,000 yen or more

Multiple deposits will be needed to multiple purchases

Once you have the terms of service and deposit sent in, we will be in contact and notify you when your account is ready to start buying.

For first-time buyers, we would like to take some time to get to know your needs and figure out what we feel would be the most valuable information for you to start succeeding right away. The auctions can have a steep learning curve for some people, and we will be ready to help where help is needed.

For experienced buyers, we will be there to field questions and give support where needed. 

​

Keep in mind that money transfers can take several days, so you may not be able to bid immediately.
