Can I trust the auction sheet?

A sample auction sheet can be found here. Auction sheets are reported by the auction house’s trained and licensed staff. Staff who deliberately tamper with auction sheets are liable to lose their license to inspect vehicles. Also, the auction house is independent from the seller of the vehicles and has no benefit of intentionally misrepresenting the vehicles true quality. Be careful to read the auction sheets in their entirety and do not rely in the auction grade or interior grade since some auction houses may rate vehicles differently.
