At Pacific Coast Auto we want the relationship to be as positive as possible. We believe in educating our customers so they feel comfortable with purchaing. This includes openly stating auction prices, shipping costs, agency fees, and vehicle problems.
 
We supply you with all documents required to clear customs and register / insure your vehicle. The documents are sent with an explanation sheet to make them easier for first time buyers.
 
Beyond this we give you copies of the original invoices for your vehicle purchase at auction and shipping to your country. In the event that we need to charge you for anynthing else we will notify you before you bid and include those invoices as well. With this information you can see exactly where your money is going when you buy JDM vehicles with us.

We do not provide warranties for our vehicles. All vehicles are sold as is. In the event that you feel we misrepresented the vehicle or you are not satisfied please contact us. We will review each request on a case by case basis.

In Japan it is possible to find both right hand drive and left hand drive vehicles. Here are some tips for searching.
  • Japanese domestic vehicles are nearly always right hand drive
  • European domestic market vehicles can be found in either left or right hand drive
  • American domestic market vehicles are mostly left hand drive but can be found right hand drive depending on the model

You can export any vehicle worldwide from Japan. In Japan consumers are allowed to drive vehicles imported from any country so even if a specific vehicle is not officially sold here, it can be imported. You can find many European, American, and other vehicles here. Many vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and VW will be German specification.

We can ship parts but we do not ship parts in RO/RO vehicles. We only ship parts with vehicles that are sent by container. Parts can also be shipped by international courier.
